The Wallops Island Chief Petty Officer's Association (WICPOA) welcomes you!
Charged with Leading the Fleet, the Chief Petty Officer has been, and will continue to be, the backbone of the Navy. In the Wallops Island area we are a Non-Profit Organization recognized by the Surface Combat Systems Center as a Private organization. Our elected members hail from the Active Duty rolls, as well as our retirees and Fleet Reservists. If you have anchors, you are welcome to join.
