The Wallops Island Chief Petty Officers Association is a Non-Profit Organization recognized by the Surface Combat Systems Center in Wallops Island, Virginia as a Private Organization.  Our elected members hail from the Active Duty rolls, as well as Fleet Retirees and Reservists.
